Description
Your roof estimate will include your company information, all of the items you indicated with recent pricing for the correct zip code. We will also include your logo, photos, and specialty bid items, if provided. Information must be submitted on one of our forms. Choose to use either Printable Roof Form or Online Roof Form If you have an adjuster’s estimate, be sure to send it also. Don’t bother repeating information already on the adjuster’s roofing estimate.
You will typically receive your roof estimates as a PDF attachment by return email usually within 1-3 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take longer due to volume. All estimates are written from scratch by seasoned professionals. If you are sweating a deadline then give us a call. We want your business.
- Our base fee is $59 and includes all roof items for up to 3 structures (or 1 commercial roof).
- There is no additional charge for soffit, fascia, or gutter items.
- There is no charge for additional non-roof items up to 12 items.
- There is a $25 additional charge for 13 to 30 additional items.
- There is a $50 additional charge of for up to 60 additional items.
- Alternative materials “clone” or updated pricing $25
- There is an additional charge of $1 per line item for 61 or more line items.
- You may also order a major loss estimate for 1% of the estimate total.
