Your Xactimate Siding Estimate can be done with or without EagleView Wall Reports. Perfect for siding, paint, doors, wraps, attachments, all exterior items, except roof.
Siding estimates can be written in Xactimate estimate with or without without an Eagle View report. If you have all the measurements and calculations, just fill in the blanks on our form. If you want an item included, you must indicate that it should be included. If you want to use a value not on the EagleView (for instance, a partial replacement) you must indicate that as well

What to expect from Estimate Writers?
Your estimate will include your company information, all of the items you indicated with recent pricing for the correct zip code. We will also include your logo, photos, and specialty bid items, if provided. You can furnish your own EagleView or other aerial report if you wish. If you have an adjuster’s estimate, be sure to send it also. Don’t bother repeating information already on the adjuster’s estimate. We will also include up to 12 non-exterior items. This can include an roofs, additional garage, shed, barn, fence, paint, windows, reglazing, interior rooms drywall and paint repair.
After You Order a Siding Estimate
You will receive your estimate as a PDF attachment by return email usually within 1-2 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take up to 3 days, due to volume.
If you need more, we offer all types of services at reasonable prices. Bigger estimates take longer to write, as a rule. All estimates are written from scratch by seasoned professionals.

You will typically receive your estimate as a PDF attachment by return email usually within 1-2 days, except Sundays and holidays. There are times, however, when an order can take longer due to it size. Larger estimates take longer to write, as a rule. All estimates are written from scratch by seasoned professionals. If you are sweating a deadline then give us a call. We want your business.
The estimate that you receive isn’t complete until you have reviewed it and requested revisions if needed. Revisions are done with priority.
When ordering an EagleView, 24 hours starts when we receive the EagleView Report. Expect a 1-3 delay
